Wow I haven't updated my lj in like *counts* four days....how neglective of me.
But yeah. Friday-Sunday was basically devoted to finishing homework, timing myself, and essays. So no fun.

Actually, my grade for the AP history test came on Thursday, but I haven't been able to talk about it until now.

I'm really unhappy about the viz's tenipuri translations also. Actually, I was gonna write a letter and have the peope on all tenipuri related communities to sign it and then send it to viz, but I didn't do that after all. It's not like viz's translations are all bad. I haven't read yet Rurouni Kenshin which my sister buys (since I've read it in the internet before) but she says they've kept all the original names and suffixes. It really pains me every time I read the guys calling each other by their given names in tenipuri. Like hell would a freshman call his senpai by the first name!!! And btw, Fuji was at least once spalled Huji O_o What kinda translating is that when all people who know at least little Japanese know that there is no phonetic sign for 'hu'?!! (end of pointless rant)

I noticed that too. They make the dialoge so corny sounding too! Grrrr...it sounds so clumsy. "But Shusuke, what is a split step??" X0. "He held off Shuichirou!" XO again. They also spelled Fudomine "Hudomine" yarg

It would be fun to write a letter to VIZ. DEMAND BETTER MANGA TRANSLATIONS! >D
