though i can't tell if you are kidding about the squirt bottle, i do agree that actions speak louder than words. instead of saying, get off the coffee table, just physically put the child on the floor each time without saying anything. it should only take a day of this. seriously. good luck :-)

I'm mostly kidding ;) I'm tempted to try it but I won't.

I think I will try physically putting them on the floor though if they're on furniture they're not supposed to be on.

My boys have been driving me bonkers recently, mainly with their volume level, and talking/carrying on when I'm trying to talk to them. Maybe if I whisper, they'll shut up long enough to hear what I need to say.
