Mom died around 4 this morning. She never really regained consciousness following the liver biopsy; she was mildly responsive to commands yesterday morning before they sedated her more heavily for the last surgery, but after remained sedated. Things are bad.
Mom went in yesterday afternoon for a liver biopsy; she's since been taken back to surgery 3 times (is there right now) b/c they can't keep her blood pressure up--there was indeed q tumor in the liver and it made the wound too stiff to close. Blood not coagulating properly either. Oncologist thinks it's just a matter of time, even if she survives ( Read more... ) -

1. Work: very busy at the moment.
