Please implement a program that allows MLB players to obtain their supplements through a source that there can be no question as to the ingredients contained within those supplements. I am tired of reading about these suspensions, and every person suspended claiming it was ingredients not listed on the label. It just seems to me, in my un-educated ( Read more... )

Seriously, ditto. But I doubt MLB can regulate its own network of supplements yet. It would work better with an overall system across the big 4 sports. Half the shit you can buy at a GNC has stuff they consider performance enhancers and in amounts so small that their tests can't discriminate? MLB's policy is wrong, our non-FDA system is wrong, Congress is wrong for not regulating products we can put into our bodies. It's bigger than J.C. Romero and Sergio Mitre, or MLB. I don't blame Romero for not taking their plea deal.
