Had an awesome weekend with friends visiting for the holiday. We relaxed and gently bathed ourselves in the excesses of good food and booze. I grilled, we ate lots of meat, including my first slow-roasted bbq pulled pork, and also downed pounds and pounds of side salads (made by pinktornado and kleinehexe242). I love Pass the Pigs. Other good-for-all-ages party games include Apples to Apples and mexican train dominoes.

You and pt were in the driveway talking to Cece. It's for this reason that I think the SCD happened.

A little history: the neighbor directly across the street used to have tons (significantly more than now) of junk on her front porch. This included a bunch of Christmas decorations that were up for months after the holiday. She only recently kinda cleaned things up.

For some unknown reason the guy two doors down (house with the Benetton sign) had a couple of her big ass candy canes. For some "further unknown" reason he was compelled to return those candy canes to her on Thursday night, with his shirt off. I have never seen this guy gallivanting about his yard shirtless. Also, it rained and was overcast on Thursday, it was the coolest it has been for weeks.

So, on this cool rainy day, this guy decides to return the large candy shafts, shirtless. It was pretty clear to me that the sight of ladies in our driveway (you were there for 45 minutes) prompted him to take such action.
