She had seen the blood on the journals, and despite expecting him to be more than a little...distraught with what he had done, she was still concerned with how he was doing.

If there was a time Kid needed cheering up, now was surely that time. And with that thought in mind, she approached the cot the boy was laying on, raising an eyebrow at the small amount of blood on the white sheets. How much had he lost already? Clearing her throat, she waved a hand in front of his face*
