As always, terrific. Unbelievably amazing. Your prose and characterizations inspire such incredible emotions in the readers, and I just have to say (lol I think I'm only the millionth person to say it) that your portrayal of Spock is one of the most honest and precise ones I've ever seen. Possibly THE best. In fact, yeah, I really can't think of a better one

I confess, I am at a bit of a loss about how to answer this, because I am feeling immensely flattered and gratified and many, many other things beyond words.

Spock is my character of choice, always has been. He is, however, a very tough one to write, especially in Reboot. He hides so many things and he does it so well, you have to torture him to get them out of him. Not that I'm above that sort of thing, of course... ;)

Still, he's a tough cookie. To hear you say that I'm doing it right means the world to me. I seriously don't know what else to say.

I am having the same kind of difficulty right now. This review is simply the most stunning, amazing, precise, insightful, unbelievable feedback I have ever received for any story I have ever written in any fandom anywhere. I've reread it about a dozen times already and I'm still not entirely convinced it's not a figment of my imagination. WOW.

The strategic use of parallelism

Guilty as charged, and I've got chills because you picked up every parallel I've made. Every. Single. One. They were so important, but I couldn't hammer them down into the readers' minds. They were either to be picked up or not, and I cannot tell you how happy (a huge understatement) it makes me that you did!

YES. I don't know how you do it, possibly reading my mind. THIS is something that struck me way back in TOS, and was only reinforced by the new movie. They are as different as night and day on the outside. On the inside, at the very core, they are

You deserve every word of praise! :) I'm glad my comments came across clearly, I was in such a hurry to get them out after finishing reading this chapter!

I have to admit, I have following your story for awhile and have always thought it was brilliant! The last arc was soooooo amazing though I could not help but comment on the last few chapters. After all the time, effort and hard work you put into your work, I figured you deserve to know how much it is appreciated.

I have a real love of good storytelling and writers who understand the nuances of language. When I was an undergrad I majored in english, cut to a few years later and a grad degree in a different field and I still seem to love good storytelling. You don't give yourself enough credit for how wonderfully crafted your work really is! The characterization, the pacing, the dialogue is really incredible. I'm sure I'll think of a dozen other things I loved about this chapter when I get a chance to read it again more carefully.
