"Nature, like a woman, will seduce you with its sights and its scents and its touch, and then it breaks your ankle, also like a woman." ( Read more... )
Sometimes a show clicks and sometimes it doesn't. I'll admit, while I love the plot and characters, the half nakedness of the men and the beautiful women have something to do with it. *sheepish smile*
And yes, tumblr is shiny, but I too noticed it's mainly 14-16 year olds. I'm ten years younger then you but they make me feel old anyway. Maybe it's just one of those things.
Well, I like all the clothes on all the girls all the time, so that's definitely a plus. :D
LOL. Actually, if Tumblr (and high speed Internet connection) existed when I was 13, I'm pretty sure I'd never have made it into 20s, let alone further. So I have to consider myself lucky. ;)
LOL. TBH, I completely don't get why some of my followers are following me at all, but it's one of those mysteries. ;)
Same here. ;)
Oh no, it's okay. It's just, I don't feel anything for those stories any longer. There was a time when I would have been furious or outraged... I sort of miss that time. :)
SPN's problem is they have too many issues, they've become repetitive, and mostly importantly they should have quit while they were ahead. But well, whatever. ;)
And I watch TW, which wouldn't have happened if I hated it or something, but like they said, it just doesn't 'click' for me. >.<
Funnily enough, that's pretty much what I was saying about XMFC a year ago... But no. Not this time. :D
Oh man, totally agree with you about Tumblr (feeling as old as the hills while I'm on it) and TW (I just don't *get* it and YES! thank god for Tumblr Savior otherwise I'd either have to unfollow a ton of people or never ever go on Tumblr again).
That PM though is pretty awesome. I honestly think it's adorable that she expects a response to her, "why does your fic suck so much and fails to fit my very limited and specific worldview?" question. I'd get right back to her with a, "Tell me more. :chinhands:"
Oh, it's better than that. Basically it was, 'Your fic sucks so much I couldn't even read it past chapter 2, so now I want you to tell me what happens after that and why you suck so much.' Like I said, precious. XD

Oh yes. It's almost hard to believe that there was a time when I used these words in connection to him without irony.
