Morning Sickness. Blech
Poor girlie. Khy has been fairly reluctant to eat over the past week. No need to worry since she is eating some, but we may have one more full week of this. Apparently, this is the part where her uterus is distending. Ouch. I wouldn't eat either. She's getting options at every meal (chicken, pork, beef, and different parts of eacho f those as well ( Read more... ) -
Almost halfway!
Only a few more days until we know for sure but we've definitely had some promising signs! Most of all- she's sleeping A LOT and the last couple of days has been pretty picky with her food- preferring the eggs, kelp and heart to any chicken with bone. I've started her on smaller meals throughout the day (now to make sure I don't make her too porky ( Read more... ) -
19 days..
Not until she has pups, but until the ultrasound to hopefully confirm pregnancy! Gotta chop up the long lengths of time to count down in doable sections. Soo we'll stick to 19 days!

I'm starting to think that comes from Joey as all of the Luci x Joey puppies did but nobody else. I hope Khy's do.. it's too cute!

Luci.. again
Remember how she was so awesome for taking over Cat's puppy raising duties?
Yep.. she still is. This is a big part of why I'm excited to for Khy to be my foundation dam. If even 1/4 of Luci's awesome mothering skills are passed on, it's worth it. They LOVE her and the feeling is mutual. They've already started being more gentle on each other and ( Read more... )
