Only a few more days until we know for sure but we've definitely had some promising signs! Most of all- she's sleeping A LOT and the last couple of days has been pretty picky with her food- preferring the eggs, kelp and heart to any chicken with bone. I've started her on smaller meals throughout the day (now to make sure I don't make her too porky..) and so far, it seems to help. She's also having trouble getting comfortable to sleep. Poor Girlie...
She's decided that froggystyle on the tile is the best option.
Or the deck.. that's good too.
I'm thinking she's going to be an Under The RIbs kind of pregnant girl. Maybe a bit of tummy, but her rib cage is looking rounder.
She's also Very Very Clingy. Yes, she's usual a velcro bathroom dog- but at least she's not always touching me. Now, if I go anywhere and stand for more than about 15 seconds, she's laying next to me, leaning on my leg. All good signs. :-)
Of course, still happy and sweet and spunky(when she's awake). She REALLY wants to go to agility class on Wednesday nights. Poor girlie :-/ If it wasn't held at a vet's house, I'd be more likely to consider it, but that's too big of a risk for me. And we can play agility in our own field, so it all works out.
Love this girlie :-) But really, how could you not?
(The fuzzy feet have been trimmed, but the photo was too sweet to not share because of grinch toes..)
In the mean time, the baby puppies (Khy brother x Gam's mom) are almost 5 weeks old and mastered the dog door (read no soiling inside!) in 5 days. First time they were let outside was Monday - the day after they turned 4 weeks old- and they didn't need any newspapers inside by yesterday. I hope I can streamline the process this well in my own home with her pups!
