That was different. Ichabod and the Hessian is icky but I love Ichabod/Masbeth! Please tell me you'll write this pairing again. :)

Thank you very much. I'm not sure. I'm not opposed to it. I'm intrigued by Masbeth and Ichabod, and haven't really seen any fics about them. Glad you liked it, thanks.

That was neat. Just re-watched SH myself - got it for my birthday - and was in the mood for something just like this. Nice, sexy, creepy...nice job!
(plus, I've got some I/H on the shelf just waiting for the right context, so any inspiration is great...)

Btw, "Hessian" is not a job title, it means the Horseman comes from a part of Germany that's called "Hessen" (or "Hesse" in English). It's one of the federal states and is situated more or less in the middle of Germany, a tad bit to the Southwest perhaps. Its regional capital is Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt am Main is one of its bigger cities.

"Mercenary" translates as "Söldner".
