As dearly as I love Vexen and find him pounceable, he's an acquired taste. And anyway, somehow I doubt "OMGpretty! Sexings now?" would be nearly as effective as "OMGbrilliant! Sexings now?" in making Vexen well-disposed towards agreement.

Pretty much my thoughts.
The kid was called 'Aeven', which although not particularly terrible would be confusing and they feel the need to point out that it's a combination name (really, they could have just left it and I'd be fine with it.) I can't figure out which was worse, nurturing!Vexen or the part where he was making kids for the others (*cough*Saix/Marluxia*cough*) or the part where everyone including Axel are fawning over the new baby.

Naturally, since flattery only works when you complement something that actually means something to the person.

Haven't you heard? No one needs to care for their hair ever, hair naturally stays soft and free of tangles and Demyx and Axel's hair naturally grows like that.
I'd think more along the lines of greasy or some feature of blatantly uncared for hair. Vexen has far better things to be doing.

Well I have read some of your fics, but most of the talking about them I did was just reccing them to other people.
