What the heck is "Non-Sexual Non-Con"? 
Last time I checked "Non-Con" stood for "non-consensual" as in non-consensual sex.  So... how can you have non sexual sex?

Like I said, maybe I'm missing something, and Riku is standing in for Dr House and is performing surgery on Roxas with out his consent... or something...

I would guess that they mean there's non-con, but it's not explicit. No detailed rape scene or whatever. Maybe a fade to black thing, or perhaps something stops the non-con before it happens.

There was no actual sex but it was Riku forcing Roxas to submit and he got aroused by it.

I MEAN. The only other way I could've warned for that? Would've been something like: "So, this is kinda non-con because Ansem!Riku is abducting Roxas and Roxas is still struggling and HE DOESN'T WANT TO and it reaaaaaaaaaally reads like a rape scene, including the fact that Riku kind of really, really likes having Roxas squirm and fight him like that, he likes it so much that he gets aroused. But then he's Riku so of course there's no non-con other than Riku kidnapping Roxas and gagging him with darkness."

I think Non-sexual non-con summarizes that, honestly.
