On Nobodies and emotions

I know what you're thinking...uh oh, it's one of those rants again! Actually, not so, it's more discussion/theory than actual rant. So feel free to throw around your own ideas, too. :3

KH2:FM and RE:COM pretty much establish that Axel's reasons for friendship with Roxas were indeed all for him. He began to feel like he had a heart when dealing with Sora in RE:COM (the "hell of a show!" scene) and thus became friends with Roxas to continue having that same feeling. After Axel died, the Org. members in their meeting room also say that Axel was motivated to go after Sora/Roxas due to the pain he felt of not having a heart.

Whether Axel's relationship with Roxas genuninely did become selfless on Axel's part is up for debate (the new scene with Axel's ghost and Roxas indicates, to me at leat, that Axel did learn the error of his ways and really care for Roxas) but it is all in all canon that AT THE START, Axel was a selfish punk.

Yes,I do also think that Axel´s relationship with Roxas is driven by selfishness.
Axel wanted to bring Roxas back, because he made him "feel".

WORD.

...people have mistaken Axel saying things like "I would miss you" as "I would miss you because I care about you" as opposed to the more accurate "I miss you because you make me happy."

Man, now I want to write an Akuroku where Axel is a big bastard like that, because writing Axel as a big bastard is just oodles of fun. ♥

I think I may just love you. This theory is genius. However I think that although the Nobodies retain their emotions, they are extremely stunted as well. For example they might no longer be able to distinguish between different types of emotions, so when they feel anger it might be misinterpreted as something else. Still you get a big shiny internet for making a theory that is logical and simaltaneously corresponds with canon :3
