Tried to open my Student Account yesterday and it was such a hassle! I took in a different letter than the one they wanted to prove my student status, so mum had to drive into Keighley and bring me the right one, and I was waiting for ages for the woman who was dealing with me to finish with another customer. They were asking me all this stuff
