Aw, thanks! I'm well. Busy as hell between work work and and that other work I've been feeling like such a lazy bastard when it comes to social media. But thanks for the thinking of me. I hope you're well, too. No getting pneumonia in between all the busy!
I should really do a "real" post and not a meme or rant here soon. Maybe tomorrow when I'm trying not to do anything at work. lol :D *hugs!*
My immune system's fairly good (*knocks on wood*), and while my husband seems to catch nearly every cold and flu and things much more serious (like things that've landed him in the damned ICU. TWICE), I'm usually okay. I've only ever called out one day from my current job of 18 months, and that was for the migraine unlike any other migraine I'd had before (facial numbness and pain so bad I can't stop sobbing sort of makes it hard to work) and resulted in a trip to the doctor (almost resulted in a trip to the emergency room, actually).
Real posts are always awesome, but memes have their place. I have something like 8 of those I've been tagged for (that I'm aware of!) in the last several months. Maybe I should take a day to do one giant catch-up one? And I'm okay at the twitter as social media, because the ADD part of my brain likes the format :)
I have NO IDEA how long it took, actually! There were days where I literally wrote 10k on the thing. Most of the length of time it took was due to work and RL stuff cutting me down to 1 writing day per week and that sort of thing.
And yep on the twitter! I'm on there fairly often, just because I can semi-easily check it from my phone. Sometimes it's a locked account and sometimes it's not, but you can find me at http://twitter.com/#!/khasael :)
I might be unburied from fic soon. Might! Because, you know, I have the Inception Big Bang to crank out soon (after mini-fest), and a few wee tiny holiday exchanges (and Yuletide!) plus Remix...
Oh, who am I kidding? I am never going to be unburied from fic. *polishes Queen Fest Whore crown*
...although, I DO hope to avoid being buried in pies...
