Work is finally sort of settling down as we get new people trained, so I've finally been able to recapture some much-needed internet and writing time! As such, I'm taking this moment to pimp out two fic/art exchange fests: one in the HP fandom, and another in the new Suits fandom!

I mean, this tactic works on me; why shouldn't it work on other people? ;)

It is a horrible, evil tactic!!! But in all fairness, I don't have any January deadlines right now since I finished the only one I had already, so I guess it's not so bad. ;)

... although looking at the sign up sheet, I'm not sure how/if I could fill half the criteria :/

I might admit to the evil ;)
Which bits of the form/rules are you unsure about? I'm certain something could be figured out! :)

Plus, looking at the deadlines, I'm not sure I'd be able to write stuff on time anyway. Now until after Christmas for me is ALL THE HECTIC :(

As far as the form goes, you could always check back towards the end of signups, browse a few, and see if that gives you ideas--I've been known to do something similar wih exchange feasts. Sometimes,, it's great for remembering you've forgot to list something you love (or hate!), and lets you go "ooh, I'd never considered that pairing, but it sounds awesome!" (has happened to me already, reading over signups). Plus, you've got a couple weeks to consider the timeline, given that we're only requiring 1000 words as a minimum.
And even if it doesn't look like you can commit now, you could always keep an eye on it, if we end up needing pinch-hitters later in the timeline! ;) Also, we'll never object to more readers/commenters!
