It is 12/21/12 and I have survived the apocalypse. I don't know how, or why the cruel gods left me an internet connection, when I could be the only life left on the planet. I'm imagining you wearing your lingerie, using a sledge hammer to break down your neighbor's house so you can lasso the deer when they come to eat something expensive. But about that, I need more info. Do you put jewelry out for the deer? Or do you get something expensive from the electronics section, maybe a high end camera for the deer to be attracted to?

No, pretty much anything that is not a weed, and in a flower bed? They will eat. Do you know how much plants cost? I had to fill 3 flower beds to spruce the place up, as part of my move-in deal. It was pricey as hell. I now have one semi-decent bush-thing left. The other two flower beds are barren wastelands and have been for months. I didn't buy plants for my flower bed, I bought snacks for the local deer...

Next time, sprinkle cayenne powder on the plants. and then laugh at the deer when they ask for an emergency drink of water. They'll be so ticked off at your cruelty they will never return, and you'll get the reputation as the mean guy on the street who is mean to deer.

Or hire a bow-hunter to stand outside your house and shoot them each night until they don't return. Be sure to process the meat for your freezer right away!
