I am on such a short story kick it is ridiculous. I don't know if I'm going to be able to read novels after this. (That is an exaggeration, I'm alternating novels with collections of short stories these days). The worst are anthologies of short stories because they provide me with endless short story fodder. That one's actually on my "To Take To Europe" reading list. I want books I can finish quickly on train rides, so it's good to hear that it's a quick read.

I was actually thoroughly disappointed by Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius. Maybe because i'm essentially dumb and completely missed the point, but I remember turning the last page and going... that's it? THIS is what the ruckus is about?

However I can't believe you STILL haven't read unbearable lightness. AFTER ALL WE'VE BEEN THROUGH.
