I'm pretty sure they have an "express meal service" where they serve everything at once. At least they do in Business Class on United.

I on the other hand am glad I went for the full meal service in Business on Delta. Getting up at 8 AMish and leaving SYD at 1:30 PM (delayed from 12:30 PM), I wasn't really tired. I probably slept a couple of hours on the plane and maybe napped a little LAX-MEM-BOS. We landed at 11 PM Boston time (1 PM Sydney time after having traveled for about 24 hours straight. Fortunately, my luggage was out quickly and my chariot arrived (thanks to a good friend) and I was home by midnight. (And I quickly feel asleep!)

I wonder how many conventioneers came down with colds. I have a cold that started out as a scratchy throat the day after the convention, and has migrated down by throat, and up into my eyes, leaving me pretty miserable on my flight home today. I suppose I contributed by not resting much, and spending one night at a B&B that had a cat (allergies).

I hope you recover quickly.
