...and didn't buy your membership yet, you'd better go look at worldfantasycon to find someone selling a membership, because the 2009 World Fantasy Convention has hit its membership cap and has stopped selling memberships. The only practical way to get a membership now is to buy it from someone else.

Congrats to the SFSFC committee on selling out World Fantasy Con. I thought there could be memberships at the door because of the economy. I do know it is basically a trade only event. How often does World Fantasy Con sell out?

As far as I know, WFC sells out nearly every year. Maybe when it's outside of the USA -- although I don't know how it worked out at Calgary, as I had a membership but couldn't go.

I am relieved in one way to sell out -- it means we now have utter revenue certainty except for banquet tickets.
