She called me as I was passing through Mountain View to say they were getting ready to button things up and that all was under control. I just wanted to say thanks for contributing to my enjoyment of CC26. I left a little earlier than I had planned to because I was feeling inadequate and not being able to find someone willing to talk to me much about my costuming and how to be better. But you smiling at me as we would cross paths throughout the convention was a good feeling. thanks a lot.

Aw, thank you! Honestly, it was easy to smile a lot at Costume-Con this year. The place had a happy energy about it.

There was a BASFA meeting at Costume-con. I swear. Garcia and everything. Jar, and rumor. All that.

I am not at all surprised. And I have no doubt that the Jar collected at least as much as we did at the official meeting at Coco's, and probably more.

Actually, the meeting started when Tadao and I started trading bread-related puns. Things went so quickly that an emergency holographic secretary wasn't appointed.
