Fabbi :( It's best not to dwell about these things. He says he's catching up with things in his mind, so you've got to realize that you can only change so much. Just relax and distract. You're totally right - once you start thinking about things you can't stop. I'm totally the same because I have an obsession problem. Take it from me, you don't want to get engulfed in this.
