Cabbage? OK, I guess...

In the farm share this year, we've gotten cabbage. I got a head of cabbage last week and an even larger head of cabbage this week. It has perplexed both stentoriansista and I because neither of us really eat cabbage. So, I checked The Kitchn and decided that I'd make a braise. we've had to get creative with veg box cabbage. i've a good recipe for a pasta dish with cabbage, tagliatelle, bacon and lots of herbs. and an excellent cabbage/bacon/cheese/potato bake.

thought it does keep coming...
