I haven't seen march of the penguins, but that new movie with penguins looks really cute. I think it's called happy feet, about a dancing penguin :)

i only just subscribed to the podcast because i'm bad, but every recording you've done downloaded all speedy. managed to get it farely close with pacemaker though

You can still use feedburner and livejournal for linking to your podcast episode similar to how you do it with gcast. In fact, my podcast is like that now.
