oh gosh. i think you get the same disease as i have. mayb go to talk to someone that you can talk to. and it will make you feel better. dont lock urself up in ur room and find sth good to eat.

*pat pat* I understand how you feel. Don't control your feelings. Let it go, if you want to scream, scream it out loud, or if you feel like crying, just pour it. You will feel better. If you control your feelings too much, it can explode and the consequences will be very bad for your well being. Sweat yourself out by doing sports. It is a way of de-stressing and releasing all the toxins in your body. Try yoga. It really helps. Cheer up ya :)
