This story is definitely worthwhile reading.  Powerful, disturbing and not at all surprising.  It makes me sad that the United States government made those men stay silent all these years.

That story is appalling and inspiring at the same time. I had no idea that the Nazis had special POW camps for "undesirables," though I guess I shouldn't be surprised ( ... )

My idea is to work through the end of January, and depending on how I feel as I get closer I'll adjust as necessary. I'm definitely planning on decreasing hours, it's just a matter of when. Yesterday was rough, but today was not. I might ask to not work shifts longer than seven hours after Thanksgiving, which means I'll most likely work between 6 - 7 hours each shift. I don't know. I'd prefer to wait until closer to Christmas, which is when we slow seasonally anyway. He's also indicated that he is going to start changing my responsibilities as I get closer to my due date. That means more non-coverage which means no tips, which sucks. That's why I've put off making any changes.

what a good hubby! i talked to my mom the other day and she said it was snowing-ick! old gravy is so hit or miss but i'm glad your stuff worked.
