So we had a meeting at work today about the whole being bought out thing. Jobs are safe, new owner plans to invest, manager speak blah blah blah. Then they got to the good stuff. To reward us for being loyal employees everyone employed since before December 2006 will get a little gift.

Man, I wish the movie theater rewarded me so nicely for winning them the grand prizes for half the friggin contests we join in on.

The really neat thing is we didn't actually do anything to earn it. We just managed not to get fired for half a year haha.

Yeah, you need a bonus or two. You earned it, if just for putting up with customer stupidity heh.

I don't drink it. It's actually our ordinary own brand, they just slapped a rather cheesy label on it congratulating us on a milestone.

And the amusing thing is, Alienware sent me an email. It is as if they knew I had just enough money for a super new laptop...
