six years ago today, fallcon was moved from the nursing wing of the rehab home to the hospice wing of the hospital. and he ADORED blue oyster cult, so much so that he was active on the website that the lead singer buck (whose last name escapes me) runs.
he asked me to give everyone an update when he went into the hospital and was given the bad news...he got two cards from buck himself, UNEDITED concert footage from one of the guys who does editing of footage for the concert videos, and 8 different mix cd's of music from various friends on the forum. they're good people there.
its not right to have memories kick you in the heart like that, you know? *hugs and hugs* but honestly, great selection of music! :)
I lovelovelove BOC, and Don't Fear the reaper is one of my all time favies. It's just so sweet and melodic; it will soothe me no matter what is going on. Burning For You is a close second. Makes me smile every time.
That was my Apocalypse Mix. I've been posting them individually on Facebook all day. Which reminds me... ;P
