Just FYI FEMA is stationed here at the Hyatt. Expect it to be a little busier than anticipated. I understand that the Hyatt is planning on moving some of the FEMA groups to another hotel so should be a little less tramautic. This is just FYI. Treat your Hyatt staff nicely as they will be doing the best job they can under unexpected

Just a quick note, I lost 4.0 pounds this week, bringing me up to 5 lbs for two weeks. Whoohoo. I know most of it is water but still makes ya feel good. its also a bit of a motivator to keep working out, keep eating right etc. Anyway just wanted to share with those that care :)

So if you haven't seen it yet and were thinking of going to see it, do it this weekend. Sales this weekend will determine whether a sequel will be in the works. So make your movie going experience count. Yes it is worth the money, you will be entertained. One of the best movies of the year.
