Character: Nick Santos // miseducating

Background: Nick was a former facility member from Anna's world who did bad things and regretted them and then became an alcoholic.

At the Keep: He died recently! Lost all his memories. He's piecing them together.

Plans for the future: I'm up for anything! Love, hate, cookies? Whaaaatever.

Crit would be great! Is his personality all over the place? Idk. Talk to me.

I love Nick. I think he's probably one of your best OC's <333 Super fun to tag with and I love the budding friendship between he and Bryn. :3 Can't wait to see how he develops with his secrets coming out and this recent death.

Also, obvs. want to continue with the CR and stuff. At some point when Bryn's shapeshifting secret is out of the closet, they should totally go hunting together :3

I'm kinda unsure on how I'm playing him so any input or crit would be great!

Character: Sollux, thii2ii22tupiid

Background: WEIRD TIME SHIT AND VOICES OF DOOM. Seriously Homestuck is confusing but Sollux is the phsycic computer guy.

At the Keep: Sulking at the boat house, feeding chickens to the raptors, catching frogs only to let them go a day later. Trolling on the journals. Recently he's discovered the video games BD

Plans for the future: I dunno, I'm just winging it. I'd love him to get some people he tolerates if not actual friends.
And I still want to get him drunk somehow. And have people give him trouble for enjoying the trial :3

How well do you think he'd react to Malkus eventually trying to leech-cure him and/or remove those GROWTHS THAT LOOK LIKE HORNS, MY BOY.

Keep in mind Malkus-face is very soft and punchable under his mask.

Oh my god Sollux, such a troll. I am still FFFFing at him telling Bryn to try and throw things up into the sky. Was amused and ffffing on Bryn's behalf with that one |D

He's actually my first IC exposure to the Homestuck canon so it's been really interesting kinda seeing personalities for the first time and all of that.

Character: Brynhildr Reinette Dottir // brynkitten

Background: Bryn is a 20 year old girl who grew up in a rich and privileged household that only saw worth in her for what she did for their appearance and how much she might eventually net them in an arranged marriage. Her self-esteem is kinda crap. When she was 17 she unexpectedly turned into a cougar and had to escape the house before her parents shipped her off to a government testing facility so she would disappear and not embarrass them. Three years she lived most of the time as an animal annnnd now she's here.

At the Keep: Bryn has...made friends. Which is a new experience for her. Joe is teaching her to cook and she's also learned that she's not the only shapeshifter at the Keep. No one knows that she is. Yet.

At the moment Bryn is still dealing with the horror that came with Nick and Anna's trial-by-combat and the irony that after finally making a friend and finding they have something important in common, he is killed violently.

WELL, Asma has a deep maternal streak (although I haven't had much of a chance to showcase this yet, sob), so it's likely that she'd probably be able to fill in some kind of weird, stoic, mothering role? |D
