He'd been in the library, keeping an optic on his charges -- of course he'd heard the noise. It was impossible not to. It sort of sounded like him when someone got on his bad side.

All the more reason to investigate.

The old warrior steps outside, taking stock of his surroundings. He takes one look at the beast, and shakes his cannons free from his arms. There's been no need for them since the battle with the End, but the weapons are in perfect working order. Another panel slides down over his face, protecting the more delicate workings.

"You want a piece of me!" he calls out, his voice booming across the open space. "Come and take it!"

That shriek definitely got his attention and he followed it to its source. What he saw he didn't like at all. A dragon. A zombie dragon. That thing could spread this disease faster than anything else in this keep. It had to die before it caused anymore trouble.

From the look of things he wasn't the only one of that opinion either. Ironhide was already getting its attention.

"Da wings mon! Go fuh da wings!" Kevas shouted as he rushed towards the dragon's flank. This might not be a dragon from his world, but he was sure he had more experience with dealing with them than Ironhide did. If they crippled the wings then they could kill it.

Yeah, it'd gotten Bobby's attention, too. He'd come running from where he'd been working on a barricade, and his suspicions were confirmed as soon as he saw the dragon.

Aara. He swallowed heavily, but didn't bother trying to call out to her. He'd seen zombies around already; he knew there was nothing left of her in there. She had to be kept from hurting anyone, and there was no way he was going to leave the other two there to fight her alone.

Bobby didn't say anything in reply to Kevas's comment about the wings, in case it drew Aara's attention towards him. Instead he just rushed for her, shifting into his ice form as he went. He reached out with an ice blast, grabbing the moisture in the air around her wings with the intention of freezing them solid.

Triumphant shrieks rent the air as a gleam of reflected light caught the zombie's attention. Spiraling down fast toward new prey, another sound captures the dragon's attention and Aara pauses a moment mid-air, wondering which prey to fall upon to rip with fangs and claws.

Then sweeping cold washes over the boiling haze encompassing the zombie dragon's form. Wings cease their beating, encased in thick ice. A surprised and furious roar leaves spittle raining down below her as she plummets to the ground--fast--faster. She collides, talons ripping open the earth as her tail flicks and whips out behind her, great maw wide open with pointed fangs on display for all to see.
