So today I get a call from my son in Cali - I have to say that I am so proud of him. He needed a new car and of course his first request is "mom I need a new car - send me money" so then my response is - no. You are old enough now that you should be able to get a loan for a decent car - go to a dealership, see what they have to say. Well he did

This entry made me smile. You beaming about your kids. You have every right to be proud, they are "goodins". I can't believe he got a $17,000 car, hell I can't afford that, lol. Post the pic when you get it, I want to see if it looks like one of those "pimp my ride" cars, lol

He didn't get the 17,000 one - he got a $9,000 car - he had to go to another dealer and "do over" since the 2004 was a bit too expensive - he got realistic and got the '98. I was just happy about the fact he "got realistic" lol
