Yes, as I walk past my car in a morning on the way to work I am glad I I walk, and not have to thaw the car out & drive ... it would mean setting the alarm earlier!!

I could walk to Pilates, but it's around 2 miles and I would then have to walk back when I'm tired LOL! I completely forgot there would be ice which is annoying.

Oh... coffee with a friend. It does sound lovely.

You inspire me to break out my Tai Chi DVD and learn from the master.

A catch up with a friend was lovely.

You should definitely do some Tai Chi - it would help loosen up your joints and I love how you can zone out once you get into it.

I was really surprised at how thick the frost was this morning. It looked very pretty but I’m glad I didn’t have to go out early.

My car kept telling me that there was black ice which I hate as there’s never any grit in the side roads … fortunately it wasn’t too bad on the main roads.

No frost today at all!

There was a heavy frost here, too, yesterday, but I just looked out of the window and this morning we have rain *shivers* It's cold.

Yes it’s looking much warmer out there today here as well. I’m off to London later and I think it’s a balmy 8C!

I have a feeling that my garden would appreciate the frost.

I think our children's generation might be nostalgic about the days when it actually snowed, and you could play snowballs or go sledging without needing to go on holiday.

That's true. It's been a while since we've had snow, although I do remember it being quite deep a few years ago..... Not that you could go skiing in it LOL!
