I am glad you are not dismissing the iWatch too soon. I am sure you can make it do what you want. I remember my mom bought a new bed and was sure she didn’t like after two nights. The store said give it some time. All was good in the end.
Do you not have any public salt water pools at your disposal?
Yes - I think I was a bit hasty and over-dramatic lol! I’ll give the watch a few more days. It is more comfortable to wear than my Fitbit as it’s smaller.
No - we don’t have salt water pools here. The only one I’ve heard of is on the coast which is about 230 miles from here and is a 1930s Lido that’s been refurbished over the past few years.
I used to be good at swimming too. I went regularly again for a while about 15 years ago and keep meaning to give it another go. I don't have a problem with chlorine but I discovered I no longer like putting my head under water, which I could do easily when I was younger. As front crawl was my best stroke that was unfortunate!
I had suspicions but ultimately it was her idea to purchase the software. It's a shame as it has some great design features that look really good but it just won't do what we want......

I have been musing on the idea of trying out the swimming baths again. I'll have to see if the elastic in my cossy has rotted or not *g*

I rather like the idea of swimming again but I’m not convinced about the chlorine. Maybe I should give it another try.
