It started out being a very sunny, but chilly day this morning and then has degenerated into a dull chilly day. I always resent being indoors at my Tuesday art appreciation class when it's sunny outside - not only because I'm missing the sun - but also because the room the class is in has a huge window which we have to have covered in order to see

That cracked rail is something else. It must have really messed up rush hour.

Yes rush hour this morning was disrupted and it looks like they are going to have to work overnight to replace that section of rail. Mind you I’m glad they spotted it as if that had gone when a train was running over it it could have been quite a serious accident!

Thankfully there are ways around that section and they can divert trains - it just means there are fewer of them each hour.
