As usual the writerconuk weekend was incredibly good fun!  We learned new stuff, laughed a LOT and met new people (four new recruits this year!).  There were 23 of us which was lovely as it meant there was time to talk to everyone and sit with different people at breakfast, lunch, dinner and in the chill out area

LOL! It was by the entrance to the restaurant. I think it is a door stop.

No delays at all and I got home by 4.20 so excellent time.

Well we all know how unobservant I am!! I never noticed it either... did notice the horrid pictures of people with dog's heads in the dining room though.

And how spooky - I got in at 4.20 pm too!

I thought the whole decor was a real mis-mash of weird things with no theme. It was like someone had raided a jumble sale ....

The pig was really heavy and I am assuming it was a door stop as it had a long handle on it. It was quite sweet.

It was good to see everyone - missed you at brekky though :(
