During 2008 -

- My Mum slipped down the stairs and broke her leg, but made a remarkable recovery!
- I avoided getting landed on by a plane- Rather too many teenagers were killed or attacked by knives some very close to where I live ( Read more... )

I don't have a list of resolutions either but I hope that some dreams can be fulfilled.
I refuse to believe that you got fat , are you sure you're not too hard on yourself ?!
We don't celebrate , we used to have a lovely dinner followed by a movie all cuddled up on the couch with both our boys . Now they're partying all night long with their friends-so we don't do anything.

I have put on a LOT of weight this year (77 kilos!!). It doesn't notice much because I am tall, but I feel fat. It will disappear if I eat more regular meals and better food (home made!) which is what I am hoping to do in 2009 :)

This evening we shall watch a DVD and snuggle together on our couch (the boys will be playing on their computer games and laughing a LOT which is what they have been doing all day long! *g*
