I use a traditional method (like the Tiffany lampshades) using metal solder to join the pieces of glass. You use a copper foil around each piece and the metal solder melts and attaches to the foil using a soldering iron making the join very strong. It’s fun!

I think I got the sweetness just right and I cut the sugar by a third. I don’t use much sugar in banana bread either. It’s a US recipe and I always find those too sweet for us. I’m glad it still worked. The pumpkin seeds on the top are coated in honey which is rather yummy!

Pumpkin loaf is a sweet bread usually so yes, lots of sugar is used just like banana bread. I love pumpkin bread!
