Something, somewhere must have gone horribly wrong; despite being inundated with new work (it is teh hard lol) and having going on a tour round the new houses of all old halls buddies on the cards, 95% of my current time still seems to consist of watching Kingdom Hearts II being played through from start to finish. It would appear that the house I am residing in for the next 9 months does not suck nearly as much as it appeared to on first glance. The rooms look nice since they now have vaguely decent wares in them. It is close to both university and tesco, meaning a continuation in the tradition-steeped customs of avoiding the between-lecture rabble on campus ( Read more... ) -

Having recently ordered 1000 feet of Cat5e cabling off eBay I seem to be set for a certain project that should require it soon. However a quick calculation tells me I only need 200 feet tops of this gargantuan amount of wiring; and even giving away cables free to needy friends seems like it will only use up 300 feet or so ( Read more... ) -

While the normal night sky is indeed magnificent to behold when one simply gazes into it for more than a few seconds, over the past few days it has been even more so; the coincidence of the full moon and lunar perigee has illuminated the land to a degree that it would appear not only I, but many others that I know of, find almost hauntingly sublime ( Read more... ) -

Very little going on right now, that is to say, I could probably quite easily pass for someone who's retired given the amount of time between any one activity and the next.
