Lent and resolution reflections

So the gentle Groblek was like so have I missed you getting up to hit the exercise bike lately?  This morning.  Answer is no.  I haven't used the exercise bike since last Tuesday.  I gave blood later Tuesday, and I used the knowledge that they were going to tell me not to exercise for a while to prod myself, and told myself that I'd get on the bike ( Read more... )

good to hear from you.
I'm headed to the gym as soon as soon as I find my yoga pants within 15 minutes because it has actually been almost 4 weeks. and my body HURTS.

Glad you have a gym handy.

I'm lucky they have a yoga class at work once a week, so I almost always do that, but I'm trying to get more exercise in.

Yeah.
More exercise AND more regular routines, for me.

Thinking i will actually ask the trainers about setting me up with some training sessions.

Im not meeting my goals alone.

It's hard to meet goals without guidance. One of the reasons I post about mine is because then I can post myself kudos when I'm doing well, and pretend the world is holding me accountable when I don't. I don't really think the world is paying that close of attention, but if it tricks me into doing what's good for me I'll take it.

When I was little, sweets were basically at Halloween, Christmas, and Easter... or at Grandma's house.

Sweets are generally when they're handy, but there are a lot of times that they're available, so it's a self training thing.
