Back on the exercise wagon
Walked to the Metro this morning and walked home the long way this afternoon. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I thought I was in much worse shape. It's been about two months since I've walked to and from the Metro. -

Walked into the Walmart in Fruitland, MD. First thing I see are bags of Popcorn Indiana Dark Fudge Chocolate Chip Kettlecorn. My head didn't explode right then.
