I wonder how they're going to explain his hair. We know from his Psych guest appearances that he's cut it short. I can't imagine Kav with short hair? Think they'll make him wear a hair piece or something? No probably not!
Hopefully he'll have a useful role. Or at the very least they'll establish that he has decided to stay on Atlantis.
