I grew up with the original Land of the Lost series and have no desire to see the movie. Even the trailers just don't do it for me. Nonetheless, sorry you were disappointed in the movie :(

Bummer about NKotB canceling. I heard Britney Spears is supposed to tour in Australia, though. *wink*

I didn't think the trailers for Land of the Lost looked all that good either so I went in with quite low expectations... and I was still disappointed! It's probably a smart move not to see it if you remember the original series. ::nods::

Yes, Britney is here sometime later this year but I won't be seeing her. ;D

I have had no desire to see Land of the Lost. The commercials for it here did not make it look like there was any fun in that movie. Sad, huh?

Bummer about NKotB. But yay for Keith Urban!

Leverage cannot come soon enough. And it's the middle of the morning and I'm about to fall asleep. Heavens, I'm bored today!

I know, right. The bullets aren't too distracting are they? I should probably use them sparingly. ;P

Land of the Lost had it's slightly amusing moments but not enough to save it. I can't even say it was so silly it was funny.

Keith Urban will probably go quite aways to making up for NKOTB. :)

Being bored is no good. Hope today is more exciting for you!

I've been/going to more concerts this year than I have in the past ten years combined. lol! I'm so sick of the Ticketmaster and Ticketek websites! And I'm sure my credit card has spend a number of days crying from overuse. ;)

That's cool that you liked Land of the Lost. I'm glad someone did. ;) Actually Work!bff really liked it too. The dinosaur urine scene was amusing and I admit I did laugh at that part. There were a few funny moments but just not enough to save it IMO.

I'm afraid Year One might be a case of the funniest parts being in the previews because I find them really funny. It looks so silly I can't help but laugh. Hopefully it'll help that I like Jack Black. We've decided to go see it on tight-ass-Tuesday again so if it really does suck we won't feel so bad. Hopefully. (There's a lot of hoping involved in seeing this movie ( ... )
