That's cool that you liked Land of the Lost. I'm glad someone did. ;) Actually Work!bff really liked it too. The dinosaur urine scene was amusing and I admit I did laugh at that part. There were a few funny moments but just not enough to save it IMO.

Thanks for Lilith's line. :)

I'm afraid Year One might be a case of the funniest parts being in the previews because I find them really funny. It looks so silly I can't help but laugh. Hopefully it'll help that I like Jack Black. We've decided to go see it on tight-ass-Tuesday again so if it really does suck we won't feel so bad. Hopefully. (There's a lot of hoping involved in seeing this movie. ;)

Going to NKOTB was going to be a real blast from the past. It's kind of strange they're back but a lot of people do comeback or reunion tours.

P!NK is awesome! I saw her first show in Melbourne a few weeks back and walked out of there going, 'I need to go again!'. I can't believe how many shows she's doing in Australia! Did you know she's never headlined a tour in the USA? Amazing. She's up to 17 shows in Melbourne. :)

A lot of people have an issue with John Farnham touring again after his 'last time' tour. I've been a fan for years so I'm just grateful he's touring again. But like you, I can't help but think it's all about the money. Especially since he's so expensive. He better be good.

I'm still happy to call Keith an Australian. He may live in the US but I don't blame him for that at all. Even though the country music scene is doing bigger and better things in Australia these days, it's so much larger in the USA. If he can make it over there, good on him. I think he's done well. He's not my favourite country singer and I think he's close to not really being country at all. But he doesn't fit in with the mainstream crap that's about these days either. There's been rumours of a big country act touring Australia in Decemeber for a few weeks and I was hoping it was Brad Paisley or Toby Keith but Keith is still cool. A friend and I went to see Adam Brand at a local pub a couple of weeks back. He's really good live.

There's drama in Melbourne about the venue for the ACDC shows. The AFL are claiming they 'need' the stadium or something around the time ACDC are playing. I think the AFL are in for a rude shock when they find out that there's some things that are more important than them. In this case, ACDC.
