ever since last week I have been having these horrible dreams of everyone I love dying...its so scary. I never dream and now all of a sudden my sleep is filled with these nightmares of my parents or brother or friends all dying. Its gotten to the point of everytime I hear my phone ring I have a mini panic attack that something is wrong. This
