It was gonna go on my facebook status, but you've saved me the embarassment, ta :P!
Hehe, he's sort of cute in a weird way. Maybe it's a power thing...! Or we all love a sob story! I loved the bit where he said "and I'm all in favour of apprenticeships but let me tell you this is no time for a novice"!

Yeaaaah, go Gordy! Hahaha. *creeps back into hole* x

Yep Britain does like an underdog! Turns out that speech has really boosted public support for him. Madness.

I feel super sorry for him. He's in a no win situation, really. And yeah *cringe*!

Apparently the speech really boosted public support for him. I guess we Brits do love a good underdog.

It's bizarre. I thought it would do him no favours but he's actually done really well out of it. They're even calling that bit where his wife kissed him the "kiss of life". Madness,

Thanks for your comment on my housemate thing. Watford is indeed a shithole, and Jackey - amusingly - wanted to write her own screenplay about... litter. The ending was going to feature a family being buried under a mountain of litter and being eaten by rats. She wanted Queen Latifah to be in it. She had issues.

I'd have replied in the community, but they deleted my post because there was too much stuff above the cut (sucks huh?). I've added you as Londoners have to stick together. Especially insomniac ones...

Oh dear god. I can almost imagine her screenplay, it sounds like it plays out like a nightmare and/or bad trip. The terror.

Eaten by rats? What film is it where someone gets eaten by rats? I know it happens in American Psycho (the book not the film) but there's something else too..

Seems a bit extreme deleting it for that reason. Thank you for commenting and adding me though :)
