Well, you've already realized that Agent Carter has eaten my brain, especially if you've been over on Tumblr and seen all my posts on the subject. It's a severe case of honeymoon phase - I count down days and hours until the next ep, I go up earlier to see the ep before work, I google it daily and check Tumblr for new posts. I feel that fandom isn't set up to have your OTC in a show be separate from your OTP.

Oh, I know. And when there is a (stupid, stupid) love triangle set up in canon and you ship A/B but your OTC is C? There is just nowhere to go in fandom.

Ugh, yes. Fortunately, that particular situation hasn't happened much to me - well, there's Haven, but I'm OT3 there and that's an accepted option. Which fandom is like that for you?

I feel like shipping has become more serious in general than it used to be, at least in the fannish circles where I moved - I'm used to people shipping whoever with whoever and maybe five different pairings with the same character. Now everyone is dead set on their own OTP and can't even cope with the notion that it might not be canon.

Then again, I guess there always were shipper wars, and that I just weren't in the middle of them much.

It used to be Heroes of Olympus, but the love triangle got resolved in an acceptable fashion and now half the fandom hates my OTC for different reasons. :/

I'm starting to wonder if I should put in a note for likeminded AC fans, or ask for Cartinelli recs without character bashing, or something.

Agent Carter is awesome!!!!

I have a whole theory about Farscape Season 4 and why so much of it sucks, but it's kind of long. Let me know if you want to hear it. And no worries if you don't.

Well, seeing how I've only seen a few eps of season 4 so far, maybe I'd better not? Unnless it's not spoilery.

Oh, it's spoilery. The non-spoilers version is that large parts of Season 4 pretty much suck, although it gets much better towards the end of the season.
