It's quiz time again! This time, I've chosen lines from 20 English and 15 Swedish songs, all of which have something to do with blood or murder or other nastiness.
I obviously don't expect my non-Swedish friends to know the Swedish songs, but I've translated them quickly anyway for full enjoyment of the ick.

And I love that song from J&H. I had some issues with the rest of the musical, but that one was really juicy.

7. Poisoning Pidgeons in the Park - Tom Lehrer
9. I Know Things Now - Into the Woods
10. Cell Block Tango - Chicago
11. Masochism Tango - Tom Lehrer
15. Is it Irish Ballad by Tom Lehrer?
16. Mack the Knife - The Threepenny Opera
17. Do You Hear the People Sing? - Les Miserables (That's one of my favourite lines, and on the Complete Symphonic Recording it's delivered in the most awful American accent I've ever heard. Not one "r" can be heard.)
19. Oh, it's Chess... The whole Opening Ceremony bit, right? Is it part of Merano? I can't keep the different recordings straight in my head.
1. Lejonbruden
2. Personliga Person - Cornelis Vreeswijk
4. Oh, god, I know this one! Can't think of it, though.
I'm very disappointed in myself regarding the Swedish ones...

If you can figure out 4 I will be suitably impressed, since it's not a song you hear every day.

Nope, I didn't know 4 after all. Must have confused it with something else, it's such a typical rythm for that kind of song.

11. Mördar-Anders! XD Err, who made that one? Vreeswijk?
(edit: obiously meant 11 and not 1)
