tonight was a rough practice for me. last thursday i fell on my left knee pretty hard, and it was sore for a few days. tonight i fell on my right knee so hard that... well, it's feeling awful. i limped up my back stairs after kristen dropped me off and i'm thinking that even though i iced it, then took a hot shower and some advil, it's still going

haha... actually... i have a funny story sort of related to that...

tony and i go out on a date every tuesday, and for some reason we got into a friendly arm-punching contest this week. i got him really good before the date... and afterwards, when we were sitting in the bar, he finally snuck attacked me and got me in the arm for revenge. the next day i had two little measely dinky bruises on my arm from it, which are hardly colored at all. i told him that he punched like a sissy because i had bigger bruises from derby. :)
